At present, the method of controlling the damper of automobile air-conditioning adopts the control mode of drawing the damper directly. The main problems with this way of controlling the damper are:

1. The control flexibility is small, and the installation position and direction of the air door casing are restricted. It can only be installed in a minimal range where the wire drawing can move.

2. It occupies a large space and the space in the instrument panel is limited. However, in order to prevent the transmission of the worm gear, worm, and wire drawing from being interfered, sufficient space must be left for movement.

3. The wire drawing will deform after a long time of use, causing the air door to open and close in place and shorten the life.
