Auto air conditioner hvac refrigeration function Evaporator is the key component of HVAC to realize the refrigeration function. The liquid refrigerant depressurized by TXV (expansion valve) boils and evaporates in the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the air around the surface of the evaporator to cool down, and the fan blows the cold air to the cabin to achieve the purpose of cooling. Evaporators can be divided into tube-fin evaporators, tube-strip evaporators, stacked evaporators, and parallel-flow evaporators in terms of structure. Compared with the parallel flow evaporator, the parallel flow evaporator has the characteristics of less material consumption and light weight.
