Design of external circuit and control mode of electric bus2021-12-06
After completing the design of the cooling system and heating system of the thermal management system, it is also necessary to design the external high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, and formulate corresponding control modes according to the operating conditions of the vehicle, so as to achieve the effect of intelligently controlling the battery temperature.
When the power battery thermal management system is working, it needs DC high voltage and DC low voltage power supply, and through the establishment of a communication connection with the BMS, the BMS controls the working mode of its thermal management system. Therefore, the power battery thermal management system needs to design the corresponding power interface and communication interface, which are connected to the battery and the control system through the wiring harness, so as to control the operation of the thermal management system. The schematic diagram of circuit connection is shown as in Fig. 5. The high-voltage electricity in the battery thermal management system is used to power electric compressors or PTC heaters, and the low-voltage electricity is used to power fans, water pumps, and controllers.
