Proper car air conditioner maintenance can improve the service life of the air conditioner and keep the air conditioner system in good working condition. Especially in the summer, the maintenance and maintenance of the air conditioner has become what the driver should master.
1. Check whether the compressor belt is in good condition. If the surface of the belt is in contact with the pulley groove and the side is bright, and there is noise when the air conditioner is started, it means that the belt slips seriously and the belt and pulley should be replaced; if the belt is too loose, it should be adjusted, otherwise it will easily cause poor cooling of the air conditioning system.
2. Check the air conditioning system hose and pipe joints for oil stains. If leakage is found, consult the maintenance department in time.
3. Clean the condenser frequently. Some car owners often use water pipes to solve the problem when using air conditioners in summer. It is correct to flush with the condenser. Because the cleaning of the surface of the automobile condenser facilitates the dissipation of heat energy to the outside world, regular cleaning of the surface of the condenser can greatly improve the cooling effect of the air conditioning system.
4. Regularly check whether the liquid level of the refrigerant in the air conditioning system is normal. There are several ways to check fluid level but the most common and easiest way is to check with the peephole (viewing window) of the dryer. The glass peephole is usually installed on the cover of the dryer, run the engine and the air conditioning system, and observe the flow of refrigerant through the glass peephole. If the air conditioner is working normally, you should see the clear refrigerant flowing through the peephole. Flow, and occasionally some small air bubbles are entrained at high temperature, and small air bubbles can be seen when the air conditioning system is turned off.
