The computer temperature-controlled automobile air conditioning system can not only blow out the wind of the most suitable temperature according to the needs of the members, but also adjust the wind speed and air volume according to the needs; change the running state of the compressor, and even have the function of fault self-diagnosis.
1. Fan speed control
The AUTO switch is located on the heater control panel, press the AUTO switch, the air conditioner ECU will show the relationship between the TAO value of the supply air temperature and the blower speed as shown in the figure.
2. Inlet mode control
When the air intake mode key is pressed, the air conditioner ECU controls the air intake to control the servo motor to rotate, and the air intake damper is fixed at the position of "introduction of fresh air outside the car" or "air circulation in the car". When the "AUTO" button is pressed, the air-conditioning ECU automatically changes the air intake mode alternately between the above two modes according to the calculated value.
3. Air supply control
When the air supply mode control key is pressed, the air conditioner ECU controls the action of the air supply mode servo motor to fix the air supply mode in the corresponding state. When performing automatic control, the air conditioning ECU automatically adjusts the air supply mode according to the obtained TAO value. When the TAO value is very small, the coldest control wind deflector is fully opened to increase the supply air force.
