1. Bus air conditioner blower speed control. The ECU of the air conditioning system sends different commands to the blower motor according to the set temperature, the existing temperature in the car, the temperature outside the car, the intensity of sunlight, the temperature of the evaporating vessel and other signals, so as to control different blower speed. For some thermostatic air conditioning systems, the air conditioning system ECU disables the blower when the engine is started or when the coolant temperature is below a predetermined value.
 
2. Bus air conditioner mixed air valve actuator. The mixing air valve actuator uses an electronically controlled motor to automatically control the position of the mixing air valve according to the temperature set by the driver to control a certain temperature inside the car. Some models use a vacuum motor, but the control is not precise enough.
 
 
When the driver sets the temperature to 22°C and the cabin temperature is lower than 22°C, the control system ECU sends a command to the motor, the mixing air valve closes the channel on the evaporator side and opens the channel from the side of the heating radiator , so that the temperature in the car quickly rises to 22 °C; when the driver sets the temperature to 22 °C and the temperature in the cabin is higher than 22 °C, the control system ECU sends a command to the motor, and the mixed air valve opens from the evaporator side. and close the channel on the side of the heating heat radiator, and make the blower motor run at high speed, so that the temperature in the car quickly drops to 22 ℃.
 
3. Analog valve actuator. The analog valve actuator controls the position of the air valve with an electronic electronic motor, thereby changing the air conditioner outlet.
 
 
4. Air conditioner compressor clutch. When the driver selects the A/C mode, the air conditioning system ECU makes the coil of the compressor clutch ground, the contact is closed, the current passes through the clutch coil, the clutch is engaged, and the belt pulley drives the compressor to rotate.
