The working principle of car air conditioner2021-10-11
The refrigeration compressor 1 of the automobile air conditioner is sucked in by an electromagnetic clutch and driven by the engine through a belt. In cars, the engine drives the compressor to compress the gaseous refrigerant. The high-temperature and high-pressure gas from the compressor is sent to the condenser through the high-pressure hose for cooling. (The condenser of the car air-conditioning system is generally in front of the water tank of the car engine, near the condensing fan). The condensed high-temperature and high-pressure liquid flows from the bottom of the condenser to the condenser. After filtering and dehydrating the liquid storage dryer, it flows to the expansion valve through the high-pressure hose 7. The expansion valve plays the role of throttling and reducing pressure, and can control the flow.
After throttling and decompression, the low-temperature and low-pressure cooling liquid evaporates in the evaporator, absorbing a large amount of heat, and lowering the temperature of the surrounding air. At the same time, the fan does not blow cold air into the car, and the air inside the car circulates to the outside of the car. So as to complete the function of reducing the temperature in the car and dehumidifying. The low-temperature and low-pressure gas from the evaporator is sucked and reused by the compressor, so that the refrigeration cycle is completed by repeating this way.
