The composition of the DC-DC system of the new energy bus
The DC-DC converter is mainly composed of an input circuit, a boost circuit, a resonant circuit, an output circuit, and a control circuit.
Input circuit: It is mainly composed of fuses, filters, relays, pre-charging resistors, filter capacitors, etc. The main function is to carry out current waves on the input power supply, and pre-charge and protect the power supply.
Boost circuit: mainly composed of boost energy storage inductor, switch tube and diode. The main function is to boost the battery voltage to DC850V through the chopper circuit.
Resonant circuit: mainly composed of switch tube, resonant capacitor and transformer. The main function is to transfer energy through the high frequency transformer to the secondary through the LLC resonant network.
Output circuit: mainly composed of synchronous sorting MOS tubes and capacitors. The main function is to rectify and filter the output voltage of the transformer.
Control circuit: It is mainly composed of auxiliary power supply, sampling circuit, and control part, and performs detection control and fault protection for the DC-DC converter.
