As one of the main components that affect the comfort of the car, the automobile air conditioning system provides cooling, heating, defrosting, defogging, air filtration and humidity control functions for the car.
Heating function: The hot water discharged from the engine is used as the working medium. Under the action of the fan, it is blown into the car from different air outlets to achieve the purpose of heating, ventilation and defrosting. In terms of air intake, it mainly has two states: one is for air circulation in the car, and the other is for outdoor fresh air to enter the car for ventilation and circulation.
Refrigeration function: the low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator flows through the compressor to become high-pressure and high-temperature gas. It is cooled by the condenser radiator tube to become high-pressure and low-temperature liquid, and then dehumidified and buffered by the receiver dryer, and then becomes more stable The pressure and flow flow to the expansion valve, after throttling and depressurization, and finally to the evaporator. When the refrigerant encounters a low pressure environment, it evaporates and absorbs a large amount of heat energy. The air in the cabin continues to flow through the evaporator, and the temperature in the cabin continues to decrease.
