The best operating temperature range for lithium-ion batteries is 20°C to 40°C. Exceeding this temperature range will result in a serious drop in battery performance and even lead to safety accidents. The conventional liquid cooling system adopts a radiator equipped with a fan, through which natural wind is drawn by the fan to dissipate heat from the radiator through which the coolant flows, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the coolant.
The heat dissipation effect of this method is limited, and it is particularly affected by the ambient temperature, especially in summer, it is completely unable to achieve the cooling effect required for the best operation of the battery. In order to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the battery, it is necessary to design a cooling system that is hardly affected by the ambient temperature.
